So I’m saying 3 stars for because of this I’d do 3 1/2 but that’s not an option I love the app and highly enjoy it but I feel sorta robbed at this point when I first got it I bought the lifetime subscription and was getting gems daily for 2999 then when the gems went up to 3999 I didn’t get that extra 1K but was getting the 2999 but now we don’t get that anymore and I feel like that’s not fair for those who became a lifetime member before the current update cuz now we’re having to use actual money to get gems and the daily check in, I feel like it’s a slap in the face. I highly enjoy and love the app and the creations we get I think for those who bought it should be getting the Gems like they where promised when they paid for it when the option was given. Still highly recommend the app tho.Edit: the update had kicked me out of my account but when I reached out and talked to the team support they where able to help me restore my purchases along with my gems I'm upping the star to 4 because of the amazing team that helped me with this issue thank you very much.
Watching ads for free gems don’t work

90 percent of the time, I waist time trying to watch ads for free gems, and either is says sorry, can’t load ads at this time or, I’ll watch the ads…which is really 2 ads, and I’ll claim the reward, but not get credit and then the check in page doesn’t respond. I have to close the app, and try it again. Half the time that doesn’t even work. The Check in page for free gems is glitchy and needs to be fixed. Also, the prompts to create video or photo don’t work 50 percent of the time and I waste gems on photos or worse, videos that are not even close to what I wanted. You should have a small thumbnail to preview the generation before you use your gems to purchase.

Very good but not perfect

So one reason I love this one is because of the templates, it has a lot of them, and I use them to create small scenes, and other things that go with things I’m working on in the writing universe or just one videos for friends.Weather like other AI, driven video apps certain ones have a habit of not generating all the way through or canceling midway through. I get my credit back, but I’d like to know if there’s any particular reason like images used or just bugs in the system
