This game has been a lot more enjoyable than I thought it would be. The gameplay is pretty fun and the story seems like it’s gonna be very interesting. I also love the fact that ads are completely optional and you can use them to get coins and such. Instead of them being shoved in your face with no benefits. I guess my only gripe is that fact that it’s a bit laggy sometimes, especially in menus. Otherwise it’s really great! Hopefully that will be fixed soon. Also I’d love to see the stickers you can use in the live chats be usable in a regular message app because they’re so cute! Can’t wait to see the rest of the story!

Despite this game obviously being a vampire survivors rouge-like with some cool designs and bosses; I have no idea why it isn’t marketed as that at all. I even don’t mind the gear loot system. The skins and shop items are slow but really rewarding for free play as well. The one thing I would say is the people making the game clearly have nice ideas although i’m not sure what the animated show you vote on with coins and seems like the basis for this game is at all, and I actually think the game would be better without. I’m sure the team wouldn’t be able to do this though even though i’d love for this game to have a longer life span, for god sakes I hope they get to make more characters and skins they want, and more events! I hope one day they can fully use their inspiration and re-do the menus and UIs and even have a fully pixelated mode. Weirdly enough probably the best DC mobile game in a decade but it’s hidden behind a lot, but it is a real gem and I like it and the team who are working on it a lot. Please play and a leave a good review for a something I never knew I needed- a DC roguelike.

I’ve tried games similar to this, and I was surprised to see one that took place within the DC universe. I was even further surprised to see it had weekly episodes that told the story of Earth-212, the universe the game is set in. Not only do they add lore and a new piece of media within DC, they have built in a choice-based system which allows players to decide the outcome of each episode. I think it perfectly adds to the game, as one must earn story tokens through playing the game to then get to vote on choices for the next week’s episode, and it keeps the player (or at least me) coming back for more to see what will happen to our heroes as the story of this universe continues to grow. I’ve found the gameplay pretty fun too, as the abilities you are able to get, along with their evolutions, are pretty cool. I’ve found that every time I lose, I have motivation to try again and attempt to do better than I did before. It might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s definitely mine. Awesome work.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling this game to resolve one of its many many glitches and issues. Upon reinstalling I found out this game does not save your profile. You must start over everytime you download the app. THIS IS HORRENDOUS especially given how many bugs are in this game that will require reinstalling the game. I love DC and was really exited about this app, but I’m not playing after this. This game wasn’t ready to be released. It needs serious bug fixing. I left my previous review so the game makers can see what type of player they lost due to the bugs.The gameplay is fun! I wish that there were more heroes with more abilities. I do think the game suffers a lot from lag when using almost every menu in the game. This really needs to be fixed. I’m an avid DC comics fan. I think this game would be more fun if there were more types of game modes.I would like to report another bug but there is not a place on the game or App Store that lets me report a problem with the game. The only reporting system is for purchases. None of the daily challenge rewards register when I complete them.
