cloudio On-Demand: Environmentally friendly mobility for everyone! On demand with the cloudio on-demand shuttle from A to B in and around Cottbus.
In addition to our Cottbus transport buses and trams, the cloudio on-demand shuttles in the Spree-Neiße-West area offer even more environmentally friendly mobility, 100% digital and on demand! You can book your shuttle trip conveniently and individually using the app. The shuttles take you directly to your destination or pick you up from the bus or train - reliable, cost-effective and when you need it. Our main concern is to make using public transport as easy and flexible as possible for you - even away from the city center!
The app tells you exactly which districts are included in each area.
To take a ride, simply book a seat via the app.
And this is how it works:
ENTER YOUR START AND DESTINATION ADDRESS
We'll immediately show you which cloudio vehicle can pick you up, when and where.
BOOK YOUR TRIP
We use the app to navigate you to a nearby stop where you will be picked up. This stop can also be purely virtual and will be shown on the map on your mobile phone. You can follow live where exactly your vehicle is on the way to you.
PAY IN THE APP
Since the offer is integrated into the existing public transport, your journey only costs a small surcharge to the Cottbusverkehr ticket. The exact price for your selected route will be shown to you in the app when you book. You can store your desired payment method directly in the app and pay very conveniently.
RATE YOUR RIDE
When you arrive at your destination, the shuttle will take you to a (virtual) stop near your destination. From there we will navigate you to your final destination using the app. Finally, you can give us feedback and rate the offer via the app.
