I had some iPhone videos that I wanted to use both the video and audio from, but unfortunately got people talking in the background as it was a public place. I tried the trial so I could remove the vocals and have it exported back as an .mp4 file. But since I won’t be needing it a lot for that, and I live on a low income, I cancelled before I was actually charged. I tried using Audacity today to do the same thing(well remove the vocals), but the finished product STILL had vocals in them. I came back to this app to get just the audio file(without vocals) from the video. BRAVO!!!! No remaining vocals in the audio. I still need to edit my audio(definitely not a pro with audio), because I have what sounds like a branch breaking in the background. Otherwise, this audio is perfect for what I need it for! KUDOS to the dev team! And the best part is that if you only need audio files, the app is FREE!

This whole platform has horrible accessibility. I am Someone with total vision Lost that uses a screen reader. After downloading the app and paying for a subscription half of the function doesn't work, and my screen reader won't read me any of the buttons or pickers. After attempting to relay this to customer service, they didn't bother to answer the very simple question I had if what I was trying to do as possible and how to go about doing it because nothing is labeled. Instead of answering such a simple question, all they did was refer me to the desktop version, but failed to inform me that even though I already paid for the subscription for the app, I would be forced to have to pay for another subscription for the desktop version just to see if it would work; as opposed to them answering my very simple questions. Especially because everything through their web browser is also not accessible. When I tried to open a chat to talk to customer service, it won't let me insert my cursor into the text field to send a message. I'm a blind person who lives by myself, and I was forced to turn my screen reader off of my device and ask for sighted assistance just to send these messages to customer service. but again after stating this to customer service, they referred me to the desktop version which also has horrible accessibility. And they never bothered to offer me a refund. When attempting to communicate this they told me to contact Apple through the App Store to cancel the subscription or try to get a refund. Terrible accessibility and pretty horrible customer service

I love the app I been using it for months paying the monthly subscription fee. I cancelled today because I have an active subscription but it says I need to renew and I tried to restore my active subscription and it won’t let me. So basically I pay and can’t use it. I am on the go constantly and when I need to use it I have a few minutes to do what I have to do and then move on with my project. Paying and not being able to have what I pay for is for sure a negative.Tried deleting app, reinstalling. I tried restarting phone. Nothing works. So now I’m trying to delete my app and cancel my subscription see it that works. In the mean time I will look for another app that has same functionality. Unfortunately I don’t have time to do the research right now so I’ll sort this out later. Otherwise great app!

What an awesome app. I play guitar and sing and one of my favorite things to do, when I’m not on stage with the guys, is play along to my/others favorite songs. I like to post them to my facebook page and soo often I’ve had them flagged and removed for “ copyright “ violations. This completely changes that game. I remove the vocals and guitar completely. I lower the drums & anything else that might be present and there is no way to say it is copyright infringement now. Awesome. Plus when I have an intricate guitar part to learn I can isolate it here and really hear it in a completely different way. It’s absolutely priceless and every musician should benefit from this amazing app. Great job guys!! I’m loving this!!
