I’m extremely disappointed with the delivery service provided through this app. I placed an order on January 4, 2025, and was initially told it would arrive within 4-6 days. However, by January 7, I received an update stating my package would now arrive between January 13-15. It wasn’t until January 21—14 days after placing my order—that I finally received it.What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication from the team. I received no updates on the status of my order during this extended wait, leaving me uncertain about where my package was or when it would actually arrive. The app and delivery service need major improvement in both reliability and customer communication.

Tried to put order 5 times, just useless

никакой информации о доставке, каждый новое число дня доставки раз, нет тракинг номера вообще без понятия где мой товар когда получу, при пркупке говорилось доставка и течение 5-6 рабочих дней, но уже прошло около двух недель с момента покупки,не могу совсем связаться или же отказаться от товара
