Delivery took over 20 days, and my order deliver today,package is good .quality product only delivery disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with the delivery service provided through this app. I placed an order on January 4, 2025, and was initially told it would arrive within 4-6 days. However, by January 7, I received an update stating my package would now arrive between January 13-15. It wasn’t until January 21—14 days after placing my order—that I finally received it.What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication from the team. I received no updates on the status of my order during this extended wait, leaving me uncertain about where my package was or when it would actually arrive. The app and delivery service need major improvement in both reliability and customer communication.

I ordered on March 26, and the status first said “being delivered,” then suddenly changed to “delivered,” even though I hadn’t received anything. It honestly made me think the store wasn’t real.Later on, I got a message from my local delivery service saying there was a package ready for pickup—and it turned out to be my order.Sorry for the misunderstanding, but the whole experience was pretty confusing. Waiting almost a month for delivery is a bit too long, and the lack of clear updates made it worse. I hope you can improve delivery speed and customer service responses.

I totally love the KYO shampoo line. This store is the only place I can find it and it’s very affordable. This has become my go-to store for beauty.
