I’m extremely disappointed with the delivery service provided through this app. I placed an order on January 4, 2025, and was initially told it would arrive within 4-6 days. However, by January 7, I received an update stating my package would now arrive between January 13-15. It wasn’t until January 21—14 days after placing my order—that I finally received it.What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication from the team. I received no updates on the status of my order during this extended wait, leaving me uncertain about where my package was or when it would actually arrive. The app and delivery service need major improvement in both reliability and customer communication.

Very very disappointing. I cannot believe I bought the package 3 weeks ago and have not received it yet, nor I am able to get any information about the current status of the delivery.Total lack of communication about the whereabouts of the package by Makeup and delivery company. Unable to track it.

I hope someone looks into this app soon. It won’t let me follow through with my order
