Auto Review With AI You now have the option to review tasks manually or let AI do it for you! AI will automatically validate tasks and checklists that use image-based validation, saving you valuable time and effort. How It Works: Create a task or checklist using image as the validation type. Mark it as "Need Approval". Complete the task by uploading relevant images. The task will enter "In Review" status. AI auto-validates the submission in under 5 seconds. If approved, the task is marked Completed automatically! You can still manually review tasks if needed, especially when using non-image validation types. Manual Review Mode Users can manually approve or reject tasks with any type of validation. For rejections, you can add reasons and the task will revert to active for revision. Updated Checklist Validation Types Now supporting: Text Box Validation Request responses in text format for specific checkpoints while creating your checklist. Q&A Type Validation – New! Subtask Creation Users can now create sub-tasks under a master task group, this will help them to give their teams a set of tasks to complete within themselves, sub-tasks will not have any dependencies on each other. 2. Steps Creation Users can now create dependent tasks called steps, the first step will have to be completed for the next step to start until then it will remain scheduled. 3. Group Tasks Subtasks and steps will be part of the group task, these tasks can be copied to multiple outlets, and the user will be able to see the progress of each task in the group and can set repetition as per their need. 4. Update Template Flow Users can View and edit the templates from the web dashboard while assigning them to any department or user, this shall help them to make changes if they need to these changes can be done one time or permanently as well. 5. New Homepage with Universal Filter We have refreshed the look and feel of our main page, which includes clear and better graphs with a calendar view, and a universal filter in the task table that will have all the possible fields and combinations you can try out.

Task & Issues Creation - With the new flow the tasks and issues will be assigned to a department along with the managers of those department Task & Issues Details & Reassignment - Users Can also assign the tasks from the details sections depending on their need Tasks & Issues - "Overdue" - Users are now will get an "overdue" status if the task is not completed within due time and the user when completes the task the "completed' will also turn orange Tasks & Issues - "Ongoing With Issue" - We have also changed the term from "completed with issue to " Ongoing with issue" if the users are raising issue in an ongoing task Filters In Tables - Overdue, Completed with overdue & ongoing with issues all the them have been added in the filter across all the pages for ease of visibility

We have fixed a few points keeping user empathy in mind so that the end user can easily navigate through the platform. Bug Fixes: - Multiple Checklist Completion Users were facing issues while the competition of multiple checklists where is the system was showing errors now been resolved - Scheduling & Completion Users were facing issues where they were able to complete the scheduled tasks changes in logic had been done - Unauthorized Access Employees and managers were getting locked out of the outlet while doing tasks, this also has been resolved.
