As a person who has had problematic sleeping issues for years, I’ve explored and researched many approaches to facilitating sleep. They have included sound machines, meditation modalities to lower potential anxiety impeding sleep, psycho acoustics, guided imagery, other sleep apps, sound therapy in the form of Theta Auditory, Gamma and White, Delta and Pink, Brown and Green frequencies, etc, all with minimal effect. I discovered Dwellspring from AppAdvice. I downloaded the App and was unable to activate the App: my own confusion.I contacted the App Developer. I must admit this is a game changer! I’m cautious in evaluating products and research, test and evaluate with care and am conservative in my opinions. Re: DwellspringIn short I must admit this App simply works! I’ve found it to facilitate my ability to fall asleep faster. The App does exactly what it says in the App Description on the Apple App Store. It is highly scalable and flexible to meet a user’s needs. Add to that the issue of Developer Support which is highly and rapidly responsive which increases the user assurance that support is available for any user questions and/or issue. I am extremely impressed. The App Developer responded quickly, was highly knowledgeable, patient and walked me through getting the App to work. Additionally, the Dwellspring team support their App with updates! Way above what either I could have hoped for or expected. I’ve read other user comments and am in accord with their reviews. If you’re seeking an App that has everything included, is scalable and works: seek no further. Dwellspring is it!I’m happy to offer a five star rating and wish I could offer more. Thank you.

I’ve been excited for this app to come out after using the creator’s podcast 12 Hour Sound Machine to fall asleep to every night. I’ve switched fully to the Dwellspring app and love all the ways you can tailor and build a soundscape to fit your personal sleep or concentration needs, or just explore what other people have created and see what works for you. It’s very new so there may be some bugs to deal with right now but their response has been swift with great customer service. I’m very happy with the app in general and love using it every night!

It cut out 4 times through the night to tell me to subscribe when I already paid for the subscription. After trying to pay again it says I’ve already paid. Then cut out 2 more times through the night to tell me that I need to subscribe again. After the 3rd time I paid for the yearly subscription thinking maybe tha will fix it but it cut out yet again. I even deleted and reinstalled the app and it’s still cutting out. I’m trying to recover from a traumatic brain injury and that night it did that was crucial for my recovery. It’s so scary not being able to fall asleep till 6 in the morning and only getting an average of 4 hours of sleep a night for 3 months, while my energy levels are so low that my career is in decline. I thought I could rely on this app. They say “Rest Assured” but no it’s more like “pay us more money so we can mess up your sleep more”

I’ve used a lot of sound apps and I’ve yet to find one with the extensive library of sound options to choose from as this app, with the ability to create my own customized sound mixes. When I listen on my AirPods, I can hear the high quality and crispness of the sounds. And the attention to detail in the app makes it relaxing and a joy to use…from beautiful artwork for the large library of sounds to simple animated icons. And the InstaRest button makes jumping right into my favorite regular sounds so easy! Absolutely love this app!
