I appreciate the direction this company is taking with the game, and I understand that it has just launched. However, there are significant issues that need immediate attention.Firstly, the game is extremely buggy—there are far too many issues for a release. The controls and mechanics are unnecessarily complicated, and there is no clear tutorial to guide players. For example, adding friends is cumbersome; it requires players to manually share and input phone numbers via chat, which is both outdated and inefficient.Other mechanics are equally problematic. At bus stops, the route selection often doesn’t work, and the screen occasionally flashes white for no apparent reason. Vehicle repair is another major issue: there are no repair shops (I searched around the city, walking unfortunately since it didn’t allow me to drive the orange car given to us, even went to tuning and spent $15,000 for no reason) and repair kits are unavailable. The process of converting currency into “V-Bucks” is outdated and overly complex, leaving players frustrated.The customization options are also lackluster. Players can’t properly resize or arrange elements in their layout, and the lack of flexibility detracts from the user experience. The game’s GPS system frequently misguides players, showing conflicting directions without the option to untag locations. This only adds to the confusion.While the overall concept has potential, the cartoony visuals and gameplay execution fall short. The physical movements of characters and basic in-game tasks feel clunky and unrefined.In summary, while the sentiment and vision behind the game are commendable, the numerous bugs, poor mechanics, and lack of intuitive features make it difficult to enjoy. There’s potential here, but significant improvements are needed to deliver a polished experience.

The game has a great concept, but the administrators are terrible. Their policies are ridiculous, they don't have a Spanish server, and if you're from the USA and speak Spanish, they mute you. On top of that, the customer service is awful; they treat you terribly and don't resolve any problems. If you stop paying for houses because you don't log in every day, instead of just taking the money from your account, they take the house, which is worth millions, and they don't give you back either the house or the money. It's not worth playing or investing real or in-game money there. Many people leave because of the reasons already mentioned. Don't waste your time.
