Fresh ways to relive their story, plus polish and fixes. • Ways to Watch got a cleaner look — build a one-second-a-day recap over any date range, a "Best of every month" reel, a "Top 10" of their biggest smiles, or "This day, every year." • Smarter Top 10 — we now pick their happiest, smiliest moments more reliably, including the photos you've added yourself. • Fixed a bug where a built video could occasionally show the same moment twice. • You can now dismiss the "Set up face matching" banner on the timeline. • Various improvements and bug fixes to make everything smoother.

A weekly digest on quiet Sundays, a heads-up 3 days before each birthday or month-iversary, and a one-time confirmation when your initial timeline scan finishes. • Switch yourself to viewer. Step back from edit access on any timeline you don't actively contribute to, from the three-dot menu on the minis list. • Polished slideshow. Cleaner captions, a tighter end card, and saved crops baked into every frame. • Refreshed minis list with a three-dot menu (long-press is retired) and clearer "Build a timeline" wording.

Sharper face matching. We swapped in a new on-device model that's much better at telling siblings apart - fewer mix-ups, and more of the real moments you actually want make it onto your timeline.

Fixes a bug introduced in 1.0.8 that prevented some users from seeing their timeline. Tap and your moments are right back where you left them.

- Owners can now rename collaborators or change their role (editor ↔ viewer) without re-inviting. - Collaboration changes appear in real time — no manual refresh after a friend accepts your invite. - Viewers now see a cleaner timeline with only filled days. - Smoother invite link experience: a QR code on desktop, and a clean install prompt for first-time recipients on mobile. - Fixes: declined invites clear from the list, removing a collaborator now actually removes them, and the "N new" pill scrolls correctly.

Collaboration redesigned. Tap the + button to invite editors or viewers — pick a role, send by email, or share a QR for someone in the room. • Editors can now suggest new collaborators for the owner to approve before the invite goes out. • Pull down on the collaboration screen to refresh. • Fixed: declining or accepting an invite now properly removes it from the pending list. • Fixed: removing an editor or viewer now actually removes them. • Fixed: viewers no longer see the "set up face matching" banner meant for editors.

- Faster invite accepts. Joining a timeline as a viewer (or editor) lands you on the right mini in well under a second — no more long pause or seeing the splash screen mid-accept. - Years on dates. The moment detail now shows the year (e.g. "May 5, 2026") so you don't have to guess. - Smarter "new" pill. Tapping the "X new" bubble at the top of a timeline now scrolls you to the start of the new memories and leaves the red dots visible until you've actually viewed each one. - Tidier minis list. Your minis are sorted owner → editor → viewer, and the role label says "Editor" (no more "Contributor"). - Minor copy + flow polish around invites and the Collaborate tab.
