Measure every step, turn goals into actions with AI, and build routines with schedules, recurring tasks, and progress insights.
WanList is a to-do list, calendar planner, and goal-progress tracker for work, study, and everyday life. Capture a task when it comes to mind, organize it by date, priority, and category, then move it forward with reminders and clear progress.
Create daily tasks, study plans, shopping lists, and long-term goals in seconds. Add dates, times, categories, priorities, notes, subtasks, and recurring rules. Schedule, week, and month views make upcoming plans easy to scan, while the four-quadrant view helps you focus on what matters first.
Version 3.5.0 introduces measurable lists: track a count, duration, or completion percentage and update it by dragging the progress ring. A goal dashboard shows today, this month, streaks, and a 14-day trend. Recurring lists can end after a chosen number of completions, making long-term plans easier to maintain.
Use the AI Assistant to create, find, and update measurable or recurring lists, log progress, and manage subtasks. AI Smart Breakdown turns a goal into practical action steps with suitable measurement and repeat rules.
Home-screen widgets, dark mode, themes, and optional system-calendar sync keep your important tasks close at hand. Whether you are planning a meeting, building a habit, or managing a project, WanList gives you one clear place to keep moving.
