I was going to write a review, but it’s exactly what the person said in their review previously… Especially just an app on your phone that you can Bluetooth link to the glasses you bought from them or just use your own AirPods… Nothing set them aside and like he said it’s not a real time it’s inconvenient. They describe it as you can sit there and have a conversation with someone and understand just like you were speaking the same language as that

The translation and battery use age of this product is not good. First off the app stopped working. I literally just received the product today. I downloaded the app and practiced using it. It says product not connected. But I was still able to use the translation for 5 minutes. I was satisfied but then later tried to use it again and it stopped working. States fetching data. I deleted and reinstalled and still states fetching data. Then the battery case was at 100% but when you put the earbuds in the case when you are done, it doesn’t turn off immediately but instead drains the battery almost 20% just before it turns off. Now I’m at 83% just using the product for less than 10 minutes. Also it offers free trials for the translation 7 minutes of recording time/translation. But then for 12 months it’s $29 but because the app is unpredictable I would not spend money to purchase the service until they fix all the issues. The 3 minutes of the translation that I did use, was helpful. Especially since it translated the Spanish to English on the earphones. That’s pretty awesome. It has a lot of features you can’t really use or very confusing to use but like I said not worth it if they don’t fix the issues. Now the positive. The earphones work perfectly as earphones. I can receive phone calls and it’s very clear and cancels any ambient noises. The earphones work well for listening to music as well. But I purchased this for translation so it’s disappointing not being able to use the full feature of the product.

You can switch to another network provider or use Wi-Fi to test the app’s functionality. It is recommended to update the app to the latest version.2. Phone connected to the Bluetooth device, but the app shows no device connected: For the first-time connection, activation is required. There should be a QR code card in the package. Open the Nebulabuds app, go to the settings menu, and select "Bind new device." Scan the QR code or manually enter the 8-digit activation code on the card. Ensure that your Bluetooth device and phone are connected during activation. (If no QR code card is found, activation may not be required. After pairing your Bluetooth device with your phone, opening the Nebulabuds app will automatically connect and activate the device, granting you 1 year of membership and 300 minutes of recording time. If your Bluetooth device still cannot connect to the Nebulabuds app after pairing, please contact the seller to get the activation QR code.) After a successful binding, the Nebulabuds app will automatically connect to your Bluetooth device each time it is turned on.3. The translation app doesn’t work very well. I keep getting an error message when I try to connect/bind the earbuds. There is no way to contact anyone for assistance as I have tried RCA and the number on the back of the box. This is very disappointing. Especially when these don’t require a monthly subscription, etc. But the app is constantly asking for payment. I have tried several times with various languages, but the app keeps telling me that the Bluetooth name isn’t found to check the Bluetooth connection. However, in settings, my device (phone) says it is connected.The headphones themselves sound nice. The battery lasts a long time. I will be returning these most likely. I’m going to see if I can contact tech support in some way, otherwise they will indeed be returned.

I bought two pairs of these headphones and initially I couldn’t even get the app to download or work . Now this issues has been resolved neither headphones are connecting to the app . It is constantly responding with fetching data, please wait . Every tab I touch in the app displays that same message. I do wait but nothing still has not happened . What exactly do I need to do to use these headphones and get them to work ? I bought these two weeks ago so I could have some time to learn to use it prior to our trip but here I am a couple days from traveling and I still can’t get them to function properly.
