I saw an ad for the app and opted to pay $1 and sign up for the free trial. They are definitely sneaky though and make it difficult to cancel the free trial. I signed up with my Apple account thinking it would go under my Apple subscriptions and I could easily cancel, but no, it was not in my subscriptions list. When you go to the settings on the app it prompts you to go to the desktop version to cancel, where there are a couple different attempts to get you to stay before allowing you to fully cancel. I screenshot my cancellation confirmation and I received a confirmation email, so I have proof should they fraudulently charge my account. It’s actually a fine app, but their practices seem very predatory. Just beware.

I started with the trial, and was really happy with the color analysis it gave me. However, following the trial it is a monthly fee of $50 which is actually insane. I somehow misread and was thinking $50 a year, which I could justify, but a month is just whack. After I paid the first month I figured I better use the app for all it can do, and uploaded photos as instructed of my entire closet. The idea is that it will take your clothes and create outfits for you. Well that part of that app is actually trash. Even as I classified my clothes correctly, the photos would be upside down (and no way to turn them) and it would make the most insane outfit combos. Like two jackets and a pair of shorts. Literally what!?I have it a shot and then decided it wasn’t worth it. i went through the cancelation process which is actually a million questions. And then somewhere along the way, I must not have finished the cancellation. I haven’t opened the app for a few weeks but today I got another charge for the monthly fee. I reached out saying there is a mistake and basically some AI generated customer service person keeps sending back that I signed the contract and they won’t refund me. I was nice, I said please, I explained my gripes with the app and how it’s not functional just yet but it has some potential, and just got another AI generated email. So now I’m here to warn you to read the fine print. They might have something in there that signs over 10yrs of your life. Just pay for the $5 trial week and make sure you cancel on time.

Based on the response received, it has come to my attention that customer service is not a focal point of your company. Due to your response, I will have no interest in attempting to explore your app during those 30 days, therefore, solidifying that I will not be a potential customer in the future. I do not support businesses who take pride in locking people in on subscriptions before it is too late, and claiming fairness. If a customer is not interested, and requests a cancelation within a reasonable amount of time, I see no reason it shouldn’t be respected, in effort to at least appear like your business has interest in the customers they are serving. I cancelled my subscription the INSTANT I was notified it was initiated. I attempted to cancel the subscription last night, but could not see any record of it on my iOS. This is a bad look on your company and my experience will absolutely be reflected on the rating I give it. I appreciated the trial, but didn’t find the cost to reflect what I would use it for. I could have walked away as a potential future customer giving a five star review. Now, I am walking away as a non-customer giving a bad review, based on the lack of customer service. Customer service is everything, and your are pocketing $30 at the expense of a bad review.

This company is a money grab. All they care about is taking your money. A literal scam too, I purchased their 1$ trial because I was curious of my seasonal colors, and what clothes would look best on my body type. I usually don’t purchase trials just mainly for this reason, but the 1$ really caught my eye this time.DONT SPEND MONEY ON THIS APP PERIOD. Immediately after I bought the trial, I went to my settings to manage my subscription to cancel the trial (since I didn’t want to be charged 40$ three days later😐) and oh what do you know… NO CANCELLATION BUTTON. It said that I had to “reach out to support” in order to cancel which is ridiculous and should be illegal. Anyways I reached out to support directly after seeing that. They purposely have it set up like that in order to steal your money. JUST PLEASE DONT BUY THIS APP. HR if you are reading this you better refund my money and look into my case, because I can prove with pictures that the manage/cancel subscription option was not there. And respond to my email too because it’s been almost a day without a response HOW CONVENIENT
