Firstly, the clock chart doesn’t advance correctly and I get confused about the fact that my fasting time is 9-9 and my understanding is that breakfast time is AFTER 9 yet, the green section appears to tell me my “eating time “ is by 8 o’clock. Some of the pages open so far to the left side that I can’t read it and some don’t pull up far enough to read the complete page on the bottom. I won’t be using this after finishing my initial plan. The support from the “coach” by email keeps returning as “undeliverable” and when I finally find the right support email the wait for a response is long. NOT using this program again especially since the “guarantee” is full of “requirements”.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their advertising was extremely misleading. When they charge you the monthly fee they quickly add on other charges for additional services that are hard to opt out of. Instead of letting you approve the charges they automatically charge you. There is no summary of added services before or after you are billed so you better be very careful in what they are tricking you to buy. It feels like they are more focused on making a sale than delivering value to their product. Customer service is responsive but I’ve had to go through 3 different people just to fight for a refund of services I’ve NEVER wanted or agreed to. I wanted a weight loss app that was affordable and helped me, but instead I was charged 3x as much as I should have been. I would strongly caution others to read all fine print and consider other options ma before doing business with them.

If I could give this app a 0/10 I would. I was only looking up certain ways to fast and clicked on their website looking for different schedules. I took a whole survey just for them to bring me to a payment screen that I paid 16$ for absolutely nothing. They took 4 hours to send a “personal diet” for me that looked like I could look the same thing up on Google. I checked my bank account and another random $14 was taken out of my account for another subscription?!! I tried calling the number to cancel my subscription 6 times and the number is unavailable. You can only request to cancel your subscription through email that they still haven’t gotten back to me about for 24 hours now. There’s no refunds which should be told at the payment screen. I lost 30$ and now can’t even cancel my subscription until someone decides to email me back about it. I’m furious. Please DO NOT download this app.

I had a very frustrating experience. The first day I tried changing the time to begin fasting based on my day and couldn’t. I couldn’t add my meal items. When I reached out, they didn’t respond for a few days and when they did, no solution. Problem 2: They charged me twice for a month. And the second charge was higher than I agreed to. After several emails with support people, they did not resolve. Problem 3: My password that they create didn’t work after I logged out during the initial few days. They kept sending me the same PW after communicating to them it didn’t work. I couldn’t cancel my subscription without logging in. I finally received an email notification that my account was cancelled. We’ll see if I am charged in September.Don’t waste your time.
