Answer a quick mood prompt, then swipe through a stack of suggestions tailored just for you. Short on time? Use Quick Picks to jump straight into a curated set of recommendations. It’s an easy way to find something to watch tonight without endless scrolling through apps and menus. Safari Share Extension Tinseltown now includes a Safari Share Extension so you can save movies and shows to your watchlist from almost anywhere on the web, without leaving your browser. Reading an article about upcoming releases, a list of Oscar winners, or a roundup of the best new titles on your favorite streaming service? When a title catches your eye: 1. Tap the Share button in Safari 2. Choose Tinseltown from the share sheet 3. Select the movies or shows you want to add Our AI title recognition scans the page, detects movie and show names, and lets you add them to your watchlist with a couple of taps, even if the site does not link directly to a streaming service. No more copy and paste, screenshots, or trying to remember what you saw later. Anything interesting you find while browsing can be captured in the moment and is waiting in your Tinseltown watchlist the next time you are ready to watch.

This update contains some spiffy UI improvements to look great on iOS 26, and adds support for importing your watchlist from Trakt - perfect for when you already have a long list of things to watch!

This is just a small update to make sure users are notified when their iCloud storage is full, preventing sync from working properly. Keep an eye out for another update soon to import your watchlist from services like Trakt!

For TV series, you can mark individual episodes or the entire show. - Streaming service recommendations are now improved and easier to access. Tinseltown can make recommendations based on your whole watchlist or just the titles that are unwatched. Recommendation details highlight the titles that you’ll gain or lose access to when you add or remove a service. - Filtering your watchlist is easier by service, media type, and watched status. - When managing your services, the most popular services are grouped at the top for quicker access. The rest of the list is alphabetized and searchable.
