App is overall amazing. Very confidential and easy to use. My only complaints is the coin system being 24 hours and costing so much just to interact with possible matches. As well as anybody you do match with, being unable to send videos or video call. Would be really nice to get to meet people better and be more genuine. Other than that really good app.

Huge Mistake To Download

The app is barebones and makes you use its currency, 'energy', to be able to match with people. Very few people will ever match with you besides to try to get you to stay on the app. The biggest mistake you can make is to pay for premium. You get just as few people matching for infinite energy to try to match with people. Then your matches will be all scammers, rage baiters, sex workers, AI, and just people who will send nudes unsolicited. While I was paying for premium I was banned for fake reasons for rules I didn't break. I am over 21 and I was marked as underage by the app, I am a "fake profile" despite having tried to be active and having premium, I was "sex services" despite never offering that ever, never was rude or abusive, and never sent nudes. All of which the app banned me for. This app will only make you depressed using it. Don't waste your time since you can't appeal the decision even if its a false ban.

Here’s why NOT to use Spark

I gave it three stars because honestly the app is a great concept and i’ve had pleasant experiences and exchanges. However, they don’t have 24/7 customer service, so when you’re randomly banned for absolutely no reason there’s at least 12 hours where you can’t use it. In my opinion, this is a waste of my money because it’s time i’ve lost that I paid for. There has to be something done about the banning as this is my second time for literally no reason- as the reasons listed I have not done. At the very least, if im a paying user, I should have my issues addressed quickly and I shouldn’t have to worry about being banned because I hurt someones feelings by not meeting their needs.

As a startup, we don't yet offer 24/7 support, but we are actively working on it! We sincerely apologize for the repeated, unjustified blocking and for the negative experience you had in our app. During the testing phase of our automatic blocking system, there were some false positives, but the system has since been improved, and such issues should not occur again. We needed to go through this process to ensure users can remain anonymous safely, while minimizing risks of scams or inappropriate content. This app was so much and I loved using it to chat, it’s very professional and is true to name. It’s very anonymous and fun but recently my account got blocked with no specific reason. I opened the app and it told me I had been blocked for nudity, abusive language and or sexual activities or something of the sort which is FAR from true. I appealed and reached out to the team but still no response or luck, it’s really a shame considering I loved the app so much and I made many friends on there whom will probably not hear from me again. I really think the app should work on their team more into answering faster and communicating better :(
