About app relevant features,
- Passenger will be able to see the rides history, within pickup/dropoff addresses, driver's name, and cost.
- Choosing a dropoff location is possible through the address search bar.
- Once user submits the ride request, it will look for the closest driver.
- Driver can accept or reject a ride request.
- Once the ride is confirmed, a notification is sent to the passenger showing some information such as vehicle details, ride estimated cost, distance, and time.
- Also, real time location and route on map will be visible by both users, driver and passenger, while the vehicle is approaching to the pickup location.
- Driver will notify passenger when he/she has arrived to the pickup location.
- When ride has finished, passenger will be able to make the payment by using the default method previously chosen, such as credit card, debit card, cash, coupon, wallet funds or voucher.
- Rating is available from passenger and driver, and in case it is less than 3 stars, there is an option to submit a reason about it.
As with any gig app I tried to keep my mind open for an opportunity in the rough. Kept my eye out for rides that never came. Finally saw one for basically an hour ride for I’ll just say above $35 an hour. Then noticed the same ride going back. WOW I said. Too good to be true… picked what seemed like nice a couple up drove them to the destination waited and drove them back and the women setup another ride to take her almost an hour away. I thinking this fantastic!! - Maybe not… couldn’t get my bank info to load on the app so I messaged there cust service. All seemed ok. Promised to fix. Gave them days thinking they’re new these things can happen. Reached out after a week of waiting they ask me if I have cash app, Apple Pay. etc. I send my info and got 40 bucks about 3 days later sent to me. I’m like; ok tried messaging cust service, nothing. Go to my USrides app my acct now seems to be locked out/deactivated and cust service is ignoring my attempts to find out what’s going on. Nothing I waited over a week since this happened to write this review. Kicker in all of this is the lady I picked up later on (drunk and stupid) bragged how she knew the people at UsRides so very well. In hindsight I keep asking what’s the connection. Not very promising situation looking back. Just tryin to make it through like everyone else… hope this helps even 1 person. Best of luck - be safe!!

I have more than two weeks with the documents in rewiew I have called and they tell me that they are updating the app that on Friday it will be ready for that more than two weeks zero commitment and the truth is I do not understand nor does anyone know how to explain anything I hope they can leave or solve it would be a good option but so far nothing at all
