The IT team is responsive to my concerns when raised about the app. I love that I can use the Apple Watch AI scribe which many of the current products don’t offer this feature which allows me to not bring my phone during a patient encounter. As I believe it’s rude and inconsiderate to bring a phone inside a patient’s room

The App is very easy to use. The only trouble is, any time I am in a patient visit for any length of time, and my iPad screen goes dark, the app glitches and doesn’t save the note many times. I also lost an entire days worth of notes when the notes kept saying that they were uploading, and when I force reloaded the app, all of the notes were gone. these apps are supposed to help make your work, more efficient, not give you twice to work.
