Your app is horribly slow. Expiration date of prepaid account usage. What is “Valid until ..(date)” your reminder text message said otherwise.
Slow app & can’t direct purchase the plan like in Celcom life

The first thing WE open it’s already slow. Then, need to reload first and then I can purchase the plan that I want. To reload already takes time then purchase also takes a long time to finish it. You already make it us to do more things but please la make it faster the loading process but still I don’t like to do even one more step. In CELCOM LIFE, I CAN DIRECT PURCHASE THE PLAN I WANT AND NO NEED REMAINING MONEY IN THIS APP. And today the balances you guys take it’s because I late to repurchase!
Confusing messaging and lying AI

Prepaid balance is wrong, shows false information, threatens to expire your balance. AI tells me that they will not cancel my balance but will suspend my plan, obviously false. Chat support doesn’t respond and threatens to “disconnect” every 10 minutes of waiting for the agent to respond. What does “disconnect” a WhatsApp chat even mean???App makes you wait for cutsey animations before letting you go back a screen. EKYC doesn’t work and provides no recourse.

The awful reviews are absolutely correct. The app is slow and can’t do certain things. It doesn’t even have the option to pay a DiGi prepaid phone service with the 16 digit PIN number from a DiGi coupon. The MyDiGi app has many payment options and I could just enter the 16 digit PIN from a coupon to reload. Why discontinue the previous app when everything works fine?
This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
