I was excited to they this. I found it on app advice. Followed instructions to a T. Clicked on the pop up to claim tree subscription and immediately popped you saying I already had a subscription. So tried it on another phone and same thing happened. Then I thought May be it we T through so I tried to so a few thing an and it said I needed the subscription for so me thing. Can you help me please?
