I discovered this app in August and it allowed me to fill my social calendar with things that I may not normally do with my existing friend groups due to different interests, etc. It’s a really great way to meet new friends or even just to be spontaneous and post a hangout and instantly find 4 people that are willing to do something with you. I also like that it’s more hangout based than matching with an individual person, which I think allows for more diversity in a group because you’re not looking for someone who checks all of your friendship goals, but you’re both attending a hangout that speaks to both of your interests without you necessarily having to find that commonality first.

Because of this app, I’ve been able to have experiences I never thought I would, with so many colorful and great people. I’ve created friendships that I adore. And best of all, you have the freedom to find different things, and be yourself in ways that helps you look for people that add to your life. Isabella, the founder has done the greatest thing. I truly can’t say enough good things about Kndrd. I’ve been using it since moving to NYC and it has been the best way I’ve made friends here. Moving to a new city can make meeting people feel really difficult and like everyone else already has big groups of friends, but Kndrd makes it so much easier to actually find girls you have things in common with.There’s something really special about the people on Kndrd and the community that has grown around it. I recommend it to literally every girl I know in NYC. If you’re new here, want to meet more people, or just want to expand your circle, you need Kndrd.
