***Update. It seems that my original account will never be able to be restored, however, once a different employee got involved they were able to take a look and gave me back everything that was lost. I still can’t log in as anything other than a guest but I do appreciate that some on the staff could find a way to at least partially fix the problem. I don’t know if it was a glitch or software problem that lost my account, but Thank you to those that at least tried to get it back. If I could give less than one star I would. I reached out to get help restoring my account and got nothing. Then apparently I was blocked. I have tried both email addresses I have and neither work. I am willing to provide screen shots of all purchases to prove I have had an active account for several months now, yet when I reached out to get help all I was told was “We don’t have an account with this email…” No help at all. I do really like this app. I have not been on long, I have unlocked and watched 4 series so far, and still had over 2000 coins to unlock more. Then I tried to rewatch a series this morning while getting ready for work only to find out that my account seems to be gone. All the series I have paid for and unlocked are now locked, my 2000+ coins are gone and the app won’t accept my email address to log in.

They say one thing in there ads about it and what you get and then you get the app and it’s nothing like what they have told you. Free 3 day trail is a joke it’s not a free trial it’s 3 little episode and then you have to pay. I liked the story and would keep watching it if it was t true free day trail and get see what it really offers. But in 3-4mins how can you tell what it’s like. I will not be buying this and will be canceling the 3 day trail on day one due to not being able to get anything out of it. I will wait until tomorrow to cancel to see what your response is. But your like every other app on here that says one thing and promises you more. But even those got you sucked in so you wanted to buy. Your I don’t even know where it’s going or if it’s going to be any good. Maybe offer more than a “three day trail” which it isn’t three day it’s more like three minutes. As of right now not going to move forward and will be telling my friends to not buy into it because it’s a waste of time to even to get it. You really want people to buy and be part of your “shows” actually give them something worth it.

$20 a week is just too much. No disrespect but the quality of these films is not that great to be charging the same price if not more than streaming services WEEKLY. I can partially understand because typically users who are coming to the app are mainly coming for one story so you want to get your moneys worth but can there not be a way to buy individual stories themselves? or at least make coin packs less expensive so people who want to just watch one can do that and if they find the rest of the content worth it then pay the subscription? To put the price for buying coins into perspective, there is one drama that is like 80 episodes, price per episode is 99 coins which were just going to round to a hundred. In order to complete that series from buying coins you would around 8k coins which would translate to pay around $80 to complete ONE short. Yes they give you free coins but the coins given don’t even cover the amount for an episode 😭 so you’d have to wait a while just to save up for one episode. Keep in mind episodes range from 1-2 minutes. Imagine spending two days waiting to get enough coins to watch the next episode only for it to be a minute long. There just needs to be a way for free users to be able to watch reasonably. Not everything needs to be free that i understand, you still want to make a profit but this is excessive.

I have to admit it writing this review is as painful as it was for the purchase I have made. I was enjoying this app for that specific story I’ve seen so many ads about. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT, THEY ARE SCAM AND THIEVES. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I have tried to log in, hoping it would have let me create an account, but it wouldn’t. Both of my emails were not recognized. I have contacted them with both of them repeating the same content, just they can see it’s the same person. That Veronika never replied back. I was forced to contact Apple for a refund, but they were not able to process it because their stupid app did not allow it for some stupid reasons. I HAVE CANCEL THE FREE TRIAL BEFORE THE CHARGING DATE AND I STILL GOT CHARGED FROM THEIR STUPID APP. THIS IS SCANDALOUS!!!! They did not refund me my own money which SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN TAKEN FROM IN THE FIRST PLACE. Their policies are ridiculous and their app is ridiculous!!!! To summarize, I was unable to create an official account based on my guest log in, which stated my usual emails were invalid. Lastly, THEY CHARGED YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DESPITE CANCELING IN ADVANCE!! I SHOULD HAVE CONSIDERED MORE THE REVIEWS. TRUST MINE GUYS!!! THEY ARE BIG SCAMMERS!!!
