I just got this app. I think they fixed the bugs in the previous reviews because all of the workouts have gifs and instructions to show you how along with a video that plays throughout the duration of the workout. It’s my first week, but I already feel my mobility improving.App experience is good no issues regarding glitching. Down to earth in the manner of teaching, and amazing in organization of the topics. So far love it big time!

Hey! I love your girl! But I know you want with these video workouts lol why does the video not continue on with the timer. I need to be able to look over to make sure I’m doing it correctly and the video is frozen so if each workout is 40 seconds you’ll only show 3 to 5 seconds worth of the workout and then it’s frozen until the time is up and we move onto the next workout! If you could just allow the video to play throughout the whole time that way, whenever someone needs to look over and make sure they’re doing the work out correctly, they can see you still doing the workout instead of it being frozen. I’ve only had to work out for two days so so far so good it’s just that small part that’s super odd

I bought the Black Friday special that includes all of the programs. Great right? Well not actually because you can only access 1 program at a time and you’re forced to do each step of the programs for 7 days before you are allowed to move on. Then if you try to start a different program you will “lose progress on the current program.” Although I have enjoyed the little bit of the program I’ve actually been able to do so far it’s extremely frustrating to be stuck in the same spot for 7 days. I understand to become good at twerking you need to practice the same things over & over but I did the booty activation then the first step of the twerk program and wanted to do some of the booty workout program afterward. Nope can’t do it! I’m far more likely not to stick with the program bc I get bored and can’t go ahead. I purchased all the programs I should be able to use them when I want! I contacted customer service they did respond but didn’t seem to understand my actual problem. Program would be great if I could actually use it!

Bought a bundle, have been able to use the app successfully 2x since December. Nothing works, even with update. Do not buy.
