Minor model update for a specific bank OTP message that looks like it's fraud, but isn't...(bad message design!)

Minor bugfix that will improve sensitivity of spam detection.

This is a model update with over 150 submissions from users! I hope this will perform better for new types of fraud and the latest cycle of political spam. I also clarified the language around the "check text" functionality (it allows you to test the model on some arbitrary text to see what it was classified as).
