If files extracted from the Files app disappear, restarting the device may fix the issue. Additionally, restarting the device may resolve extraction errors. If the issue persists after a restart, try moving the video from the Photos app to the Files app and attempt extraction from there. If the problem persists, sending the problematic video via contact email would be helpful. Downloadable links are also accepted. I’ve never had a bad time using this app. I use it everyday and it works perfectly!

Worst app. Enormous waste of time. Go to extract the audio and it acts like it is doing it and then disappears. No extracted file present. So then I go to the menu and there’s no help guide, no links to contact support unless you are able to read Mandarin. The links in the help section don’t work. Yeah don’t waste your time or money. Take this crud off of App Store as it is a shell.

App is okay but could be better. Will converter file but wish there was way to organize or reorder “my audios.”
