I bought an iPhone on 29 march 2025 its look good but I can see and feel it’s repaired,there is a problem sometimes its stuck need to force restart and also while doing back it is not working properly, I was planning to buy an MacBook but now I dropped to buy it from Revibe, I cannot listen properly in iPhone while doing call,there are a lot of problems also so I gave 1 star, I don’t know how they pass the quality may be they want to lose the customers, I want to change the product but I don’t want to add extra money on this product

Worst customer care, they deliberately give faulty products when you use discount codes, so you would eventually have to return the product. I order 6 times, 2 times I didn’t add any promo codes and product was as shown, but rest of the 4 times I added discount codes and they gave me products with certain malfunction products. And their customer service says they can’t do anything, and you can go and complain about it legally.
