FitEat shows how food affects your blood sugar. Over 500 products with glycaemic index and load, carbohydrate and protein-fat exchanges, and full nutrition values — vitamins, minerals, macronutrients. The app was built with people with diabetes and insulin resistance in mind, but it helps anyone who wants to plan meals consciously.
