The Rail Sheba app has too many confusing design flows. It could be much better. I would suggest that Bangladesh Railway improve the app’s user interface and overall design. If budget is an issue, feel free to contact me — I’m willing to redesign it for free.

I'm writing this review out of pure frustration. The Bangladesh Railway iOS app is completely unusable for its main purpose: buying a ticket. The entire process works fine until the very last step. I can log in, search for my train, and even select the perfect seat. But after that, the "Proceed to Payment" button simply doesn't respond. It's like it's a static image, not a button at all.I've tried everything to fix this. I’ve updated the app, deleted it and reinstalled it, and even restarted my phone multiple times. Nothing works. This issue has been going on for days, making it impossible to book a ticket from my iPhone. I'm forced to use the website, which is a huge inconvenience and defeats the entire purpose of having a mobile app.It's astonishing that a service like this can release an app with such a critical, game-breaking bug. It shows a lack of quality control and a disregard for user experience. This app is a major disappointment and needs a complete fix immediately.

Overall rail sheba app is Okay. I found no issues there and the application response time is satisfactory. UI looks old school. There are opportunities to improve user interface. Application transition should have some animation.

It freezes on disclaimer page. Not working. I can’t tap on agree button.
