It will not connect to WiFi. Doesn’t matter if it’s done manually or not, it will not show up on available networks. It runs a scan up to 100% searching for networks but just stops there.

I have three pro 5e filters right now and when I purchased them this app didn’t exist so I’m happy to see a dedicated app for this. I’ve been using the website with the ip address and was working fine but required several button clicks to get there. Now all I have to do is click this app and I’m there. I haven’t tried doing a full new setup using this app but if you get everything setup and running via the website and then connect everything here it should work well. Thank you

I’ve had this heater for several years. I got it back out of storage and tried again. Nothing, It never connects to wifi so it’s useless. App is useless if it doesn’t connect to WiFi.

Submitted in December 2024 - This is a storied company with a long history in the aquarium industry, but this app and their digital implementation is completely and utterly useless - surpassed only by their non-existent customer service. What happened to you Eheim?
