Introducing Activity Hub: Finally, an answer to “What have we actually done?” Everything that has happened across your projects and your company now lives on one page. Who did what, where, and when, all in one place, in the order it happened. No asking around, no chasing people for updates, no piecing the week together from memory before a meeting. Open it and you know. One time card for the whole day: Recording a day used to mean entering your attendance in one place and your project hours in another. Now it’s one card: start, breaks, end, and the work you did, all entered together, in one go. Work types: Give every recorded hour a type that matches how your company actually works: Office, Business Trip, Workshop, or anything you define yourself. Your hours arrive already sorted, ready for whatever you need them for. Minimum breaks: Choose your country’s statutory break rules for Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, or set up your own. Every day is checked against them, and OSOI either warns you or requires the missing break before the day can be saved. Nobody has to remember the rules anymore. OSOI takes care of it. Overtime surcharges: Set the rules once: when overtime starts and what weekends and public holidays are worth. From then on, every day shows the hours that carry a surcharge, broken down by rate, in your tables and exports. Your bookkeeper is going to thank you for this one. Expenses: Daily allowances, mileage, hotels, parking, and other expenses can now be recorded on the day they belong to, whether your people are on site, at a customer, or out in the field. Set up your expense types once with their amounts, mark which ones should be charged on to the customer, and rule-based expenses are automatically suggested as soon as the day qualifies. Start with one tap: Start the clock on your workday with a single tap. You can also track time directly on tasks and checklist items, right where the work happens. See your day at a glance: A visual timeline shows how your day went, with work and breaks side by side. Started a job later or took a longer break? Just drag the time into place. Finish the day in seconds: At the end of the day, check that your time is on the right projects and submit your timesheet. Overlapping time is highlighted, so what you submit is accurate, and your tracked time stays safe even with a weak connection. Introducing improved Notes in OSOI. The Notes module is now a central place for all your information across projects, tasks, and private notes. Instantly search and find any note. Maps and locations are now available across OSOI. You can view all project and work order locations across the company, so both field teams and the back office know exactly where work is taking place. We’ve introduced a new project status, “On hold,” for projects and jobs that are temporarily paused. Technicians in the field can now capture client signatures as proof of completed work. The back office is informed instantly, helping you move faster with invoicing. Chat has been improved with a better message layout, file previews, and voice messages. Performance and overall stability have also been improved.
