Ministry Expense is the go-to app for pastors, preachers and other ministry workers who need to record various expenses as well as mileage throughout the year in order to submit write-offs for their taxes. Ministry Expenses provides several general categories of expenses for your records. Keep track of ministry-related mileage for each of your vehicles. Also provided is a reports section by which you can filter all expenses by year, month, and/or category and then export via PDF.

Notifications - allow notifications so that if you create a mileage expense, a notification will fire if you do not put in ending mileage.
The PDF report has been given extensive updates, producing a more user-friendly product. At the end of the report, mileage stats are given by vehicle - total miles driven in the year, business miles for the year, and the percentage of business miles to the total mileage. Also, total expenses by category are listed.
