The AI Summary to beat ALL Summary Apps

I have several AI tools and this is the BEST for recording meetings and summarizing them afterwards. The summaries are emailed immediately and are highly accurate. Plus you can run searches and queries against the recordings WHILE they are being made or afterwards, which is truly unique and useful. I would like to see the ability to GROUP recordings together and generate a global summary across the group as well as run searches against the group. This would be very useful to students who record all their lectures across an entire semester or business people attending a conference all day with several speakers or a multi-day conference. This additional feature would completely set Hedy apart from the other summary apps.I also prefer how Plaud automatically titles each recording and would like to see that in addition to the date and time listed that Hedy currently provides. Having name / recording title would make finding old recordings MUCH easier without having to re-title every recording.

This is the app for phone based AI meeting support. I love this app and the team keeps delivering improvements! I use this app mostly for when I don’t have Teams or Zoom AI going or when I want to be able to get personalized advice live during a meeting as easy as typing on my phone. You might think those situations are not enough to justify a standalone app but they sure are for me.I used it the other day for on the go solo brainstorming and it’s like using Apple’s Voice Memo but with a ton of features and AI. I was only able to talk for 2 minutes because a call came in and interrupted me but with the AI help, that was all I needed. I took the AI notes from Hedy and put them into ChatGPT and finished the rest of the thoughts and actually learned a lot. Game changer!I love the customized prompts and run them on my meetings almost every single time. I love that you can then one click export EVERYTHING into any other app. Teams and Zoom don’t do that. I love the easy way you can organize your notes and summaries it generates without being asked along with the amazing optional deeper summary. Again, EVERYTHING exports with one click! When you need your own records, AI support, and have your phone with you, this is the app for you.

After my wife received a mammogram and biopsy that indicated that she had cancer, she was referred to a surgeon and a team of Drs. I used Hedy during each meeting. Hedy transcribed the conversation, picked out the action items including dates of further required tests, and suggested further questions we should ask. Not only did that save us hours of work, I was able to send information to our adult children to keep them informed. PS We felt good about our team of doctors because they were very responsive to us and they answered all of Hedy’s questions before we needed asked them.
