I received my braided wig and it is amazing! It fits my head and me perfectly!!!

I love their hair, it’s AMAZING, best thing that could ever happen to me since i don’t know how to bleach my own knots and i could just put it on fr, their hair is always so beautiful makes me happy but..they’ve been slipping, at first you could see when your package would arrive and it would actually come in on time, but now they’ve been taking a while, at first when i noticed i thing it was due to us being on a holiday, but now,i ordered a wig for prom at the BEGINNING OF THE MONTH, like during March before April because i wanted them to have the time to get my hair to me and it to arrive early for prom so i could style it to how i chose, i kepted in touch with costumer services so they would update me, they told me i needed to wait one more week after already waiting 2 and i was fine with it, but now i have to wait another 2 weeks???? i cant do that, i NEEDED IT FOR PROM, ive never been so sad, i saved up all i could for the wig because i wanted it so bad for my special day :(now i hair to find a new solution quick, since i couldn’t depend on them anymoreI love their hair but they’ve been slipping, im afraid thats why no one can see when their hair will arrive, because even customer services doesn’t know. plus they’ve been very very rude lately.if you guys could just fix the problem by updating your shipping details or even updating something that tells your buyers it takes yall time to make such wonderful hair that would help a lot, i would’ve ordered the hair much sooner if i knew yall were having issues at them moment.

The emails nor the app are giving real time tracking for my orders. I want/need the status of my order and I can’t obtain it. Alot of money was spent and I don’t have the merchandise. Two wigs were ordered only one has been received and I’m not even receiving updates about the second one. I ordered 20 inch but you were out of stock so I agreed to pay $25 more for a 22 inch. I followed through with the extra payment. I received thank you notes for the payment but no info on the delivery of the wig. Not happy.

I ordered wig from this site which showed the wig had curls or could be curled. Once received the wig was straight and it would not hold curls. I took to my stylist and there was nothing she could do to give it curls. The hair stated it was human hair but human hair is supposed to curl. Don’t waste your money. This site is a bunch of lies!!! Run fast away from ordering here. I wish I did.
