Automatic Subscription Instructions:
1. Service name: 6-month Plan(6 months); One Year Plan(1 year)
2. Price: cloud storage plan for 6 months product is $28.99, cloud storage plan for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Zoroiix" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

Love this bird feeder. Received the bird feeder as a gift. Was super easy to install the birdhouse on a tree then switched to a pole to deter squirrels. Instantly attracted lots of birds. App is easy to use and addicting to watch. Love the feature that identifies the type of bird and the info it shows about the birds. Fun capturing the images on my phone.

The software is simple and works at a basic level. Unfortunate that it requires a subscription in order to store and view videos, but the subscription is not outrageously priced, so fine. But for those of us with bird cameras, which we bought on the promise of automatic bird identification, the fact that this feature has mysteriously disappeared with no acknowledgement from the company is upsetting. Unlike others here, I have never even seen the feature working… I presume it went missing from version 2.0.0 of the app, which is the only version I’ve ever had. To Zoroiix: please, please fix this missing feature!

Got this birdfeeder for Christmas. A little tricky setting up Wi-Fi, but it works fine. I really love the clear photos. I identified some birds that I did not know before. Only thing is, when I first got it, it would identify which type of bird. There were these three little dots you could touch and the name and information of the bird would come up. It does not do that now and I don’t know how to fix it.🤷🏻♂️

Similar to other reviewers, I’m enjoying the app. But recently, it stopped detecting the type of bird. There used to be 3 little dots that you could click on and it would tell you the type. Now it’s not there and that was a big selling point for why I purchased this feeder.
