Signing in is completely new. You just enter your email and we send you a single use code, so there is no password to remember and nothing else is required. If you want an extra layer of security you can turn on two-factor authentication from Settings, which lets you pick a password to use together with the code, but that is entirely optional and only there for those who want it. Your profile now lives in Settings too. You can update your name, your phone number and the language you prefer whenever you like, and if you ever decide to leave, you can close your account right from there. Notifications now arrive inside the app. A badge lets you know when something new comes in, messages are kept so you can read them when it suits you, and images come through when they are part of the message. Connecting to your diffusers is steadier than before. When a device stops responding, the app now tries to bring it back on its own, and if something still goes wrong it tells you what happened in plain words instead of leaving you guessing. We also brought Customer Service into the app. When you need a hand, our team can join your session and see what your diffuser is reporting, Along the way we polished the schedule screens, tidied up notifications, and fixed a long list of smaller things that make the whole app feel calmer to use.
