I’ve been a loyal customer to Kooul for months , but after this experience, I’m seriously considering never ordering through the app again.I placed an order from Le Piatto, and it was completely wrong. I didn’t receive the fries, the pizza size was noticeably smaller than usual, and overall the quality was disappointing. I messaged the restaurant right away, but no one responded for a long time.The delivery guy also didn’t have enough change I gave him 100dh and he told me he would return with the rest, but he stopped answering my calls. Hours later, he claimed he was still “talking to the restaurant.” Nothing was resolved.Even when I contacted customer service, all I received was a generic apology like “measures have been taken.” But honestly, that’s not enough when I’m still waiting for my money and no real solution was provided.I expect better from an app I’ve trusted for so long. This level of service is unacceptable, and sadly, I think this will be my last time using Kooul.

After waiting one hour and 20 minutes for an order that should have taken 45 minutes, I sent them a message saying my order was late, they called me 10 minutes after that to tell me the restaurant is not taken orders. No compensation, just a sorry good night.
