Skin in the game
Most games have an entry fee and a prize pool. That is the whole point. When there is something at stake, you show up. HealthBlocks players average 1,600 more steps a day while a game is running.
How it works
1. Pick a game. Steps or running, from a few days up to a month.
2. Join. The game sets the daily goal, so you know exactly what you need to do.
3. Hit your goal every day and win a share of the prize pool.
Play with people, not against a chart
Go head to head with a friend in a 1v1 battle, or join a community game with hundreds of players. Follow the standings in real time: who hit their goal today, who used a cheat day, who has dropped out. Nothing motivates like a friend two hundred steps ahead of you.
Cheat days, because life happens
Most games include cheat days. Miss your goal once and you are still in. Miss it too often and you are out. That is what makes finishing worth something.
Connects to what you already use
Apple Health, Health Connect, Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, Polar, Samsung Health, Withings and more. Connect once and your steps sync automatically. No tracker? Your phone counts your steps on its own.
Real rewards, not points
Finish a game and win from the prize pool. Some games are free to enter and sponsored. Either way, what you win is real.
Your data stays yours
You choose what to connect and you can disconnect at any time. We ask for the minimum we need to score your games: steps, distance and workouts. Nothing else. Start with one game. See how far you get.
