What is this an app to look at colors.

Where are the directions? I picked the overlay color closest to the color Goldenrod, which is the color I was tested for through Irlens. Then I guested from there. I got the overlay and a lot of pictures of a goldenrod colors. Even the app store description was non-existent. What is the steps I am to follow to set up the app? Any one?
