Kriva: Hormone Health

Daily care for PMS, PMDD, PCOS

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Walk into your appointment with evidence, not a description. Visit Prep now records what was said and follows it up — and Kriva tracks whether HRT is fading. For the days your body feels off and you don't know why. Most health apps track what you do. Kriva closes the loop. It pulls together what your iPhone already knows from Apple Health (cycle, sleep, heart rate, recovery) with what you tell it (symptoms, mood, food, journal, labs). Then it tells you what's actually happening, why, and what to do. This morning. Right now. Whether you're cycling, in perimenopause, on HRT, or post-menopausal, Kriva listens. Track hormones, sleep, mood, HRT applications, bone health, lab reports, and preventive care. Nothing diagnosed, everything patterned. Not a dashboard. Not a tracker. A complete cycle: observe, understand, act, reflect, wake up smarter tomorrow. BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE MOST APPS SKIP · PMS and PMDD, the luteal week named, not glossed over · PCOS, bloat, mood, cravings in one place · Endometriosis and adenomyosis, pain log, daily flares, doctor-ready PDF · Fibroids, bleeding pattern and anemia signal · Perimenopause and menopause, sleep, heat, mood without the noise · Hashimoto's and thyroid-driven cycle changes · Anxiety or depression that follows the cycle THE COMPLETE LOOP Morning. 60 seconds. Kriva names the day in front of you, what's driving it, why it feels this way, one move that helps. Log as you go. Symptoms, mood, food, journal. Each entry makes the next read smarter. Afternoon and evening. The intelligence updates as your day does. Tile plan. Food, movement, sleep, recovery, tuned to your cycle phase and today's signals. Ask Kriva. A private question, answered from your own data. Not a generic database. Evening close. Five seconds to mark how the day landed. Tomorrow opens with that. Built for the symptoms that get waved away Hot flashes and night sweats. LABS, REMEMBERED OVER TIME Import a blood test by photo, PDF, or type it in. Kriva parses each value, remembers the reference range, and shows every biomarker as its own trend line. Two readings and you can see whether your estradiol, ferritin, TSH, or hbA1c is moving across labs, not just the latest number. Your report file never leaves the device. WHAT ELSE IS IN THE LOOP Period heads-up. Pre-period and luteal nudges before the harder week arrives. Experiment tracker. Run 7 to 28 day lifestyle protocols and see before/after in your own numbers. Visit Prep PDF. Two pages your GP, OB-GYN, or endo can scan in 30 seconds. Reflection moments. A first-rhythm card when your data reveals a real pattern; 30, 90, and 365-day reflections that count what you actually logged. No streaks, no nags. Body Twin. After enough data, Kriva writes a paragraph about how your body actually works. Yours, not population averages. Apple Watch glance plus live breath sessions tied to your heart rate. Lock-screen and home-screen widgets. A CARE SAFETY NET If your logs trend heavy for several days, a quiet card appears with the right crisis line for your country. Never alarming. Just there. YOUR DATA · Apple Health data never leaves your phone. · Logs sync through your iCloud only. Kriva can't see them. · Analytics is opt-in and anonymous. · AI calls use your inputs once, then forget them. · No account, no login. Your name is optional. · No ads. No third-party trackers. Ever. HONEST SCOPE Kriva is a companion, not a diagnosis. It doesn't replace your doctor. It helps you notice patterns clearly enough to bring them to one. KRIVA+ Kriva+ opens the daily read, Ask Kriva, lab trends, and Visit Prep. Try it free: 7 days on annual, 3 days on monthly. Cancel any time in Settings. If you were with us early, before the paywall shipped, you're a Founding Member and get 12 months of Kriva+ on us. Nothing to redeem. The app knows. Terms: https://kriva.ai/term_of_use Privacy: https://kriva.ai/privacy_policy Kriva is not a diagnosis. It doesn't tell you what to take or what dose. It shows you your own data clearly enough to have a better conversation with someone who can. Made with care, in service of a quieter kind of self-knowledge.

This release is mostly about one thing: making what you already know about your body count for something. Log what actually matters Low mood, low libido and vaginal dryness are now things you can log in one tap. They were missing, which meant the symptoms women are most often dismissed about were the ones Kriva couldn't count. If you don't have periods, your quick-log tiles now start with hot flashes, sleep and mood instead of cramps. Your appointment, with evidence Visit Prep has a Prepare and a Debrief side now, so what the doctor said gets recorded and Kriva can follow it up. Park a question the moment you think of it and it's waiting for you at the next visit. The PDF includes a body map of where symptoms actually sit. HRT, tracked properly Patch and dose reminders that follow your regimen. Past regimens stay visible after you stop. Kriva will tell you if something that was working seems to be fading — and if bleeding after menopause needs a same-week call. Your labs, read in context Results are interpreted against your age and, where it matters, your cycle phase — because the same number means different things in different weeks. Trends across multiple reports, not one result in isolation. Snap it One photo of a meal, an HRT box, or a supplement. Kriva reads it and files it. A calmer Today Today now shows at most two observations at a time, with everything else one tap away under "What Kriva noticed". Safety cards come first, always. "Close" is gone from the app — it's Done, or Cancel when you'd lose something. Also Voice notes. Export every log you've written as a file you own. A fix for the profile that could go missing after switching devices, and a plain explanation when iCloud is behind. Everything private stays on your phone. No ads, no tracking, no selling your data.
