I have never written a review before but this app is very frustrating. I tried to add funds and it came up with an error message. So I tried again and it worked. Come to find out I was charged double so it had gone through the first time but still gave an error message. Then when I went to use the funds, I kept clicking pay and it wouldn’t go through - tried using WiFi and cellular. I ended up giving up on the app and called to get a refund. It wasn’t working on the worker’s end so she suggested I withdraw the funds through the app. I was charged £2 for withdrawing. Idiotic - especially considering the reason I’m withdrawing the funds is because the app wasn’t working in the first place. I resolved to use the Circuit wall installation but now that’s not working either. Overall, I’m sorry to say I don’t see many positives to this service.

The dryers at my location have not been working for the past 3 days and I’ve genuinely spent literally 10 pounds for wet clothes each day. When I tried to contact the support team to look into a potential refund they asked irrelevant questions and repeating questions for about an hour. The time gap between responses was unbelievable I had to wait 8 mins each time for a response and asked for my name and mobile number 3 times almost like they were stalling to give me back a refund. Then they just randomly left the chat and left me waiting for a response. I double texted and the bot responded instead, absolutely ridiculous. So heads up If the machines aren’t working and you spent for more than one load don’t expect to get your money back.

I had to download this app for my school laundry. It’s insanely expensive to do a load, and when they charged me multiple times, they said there was nothing they could do because it was over 48 hours since the incident (it had been 72 hours. My bad🙄) what type of policy is that? You charged me for a service I didn’t get to use? Obviously it’s not a significant amount of money lost but it’s about the principle. Also never wants to connect to the machine. I would rather just use quarters or something I really hate this app.

I initially wrote a negative review. However, after taking a second look at the app, I see that it does allow specific amounts to be added to the pool. The decimal point button is poorly displayed, however, so that it is difficult to see. This app actually works quite well and the service it is related too is convenient and inexpensive. Losses one star for the bad interface display.
