Tried to upload 10+ times the pictures of my passport and or government ID . All attempts were rejected . My facial pictures went through every time . Adding to this serious glitch is the fact that most banks now refuse to put their stamp , names and signature on the “Attestation de Vie” document as they do not want to use the “Signature Guarantee” anymore. Speaking about an “improvement” to submit documents ?? This is a terribly frustrating joke .

I have tried to use this app three years running. It has never worked despite me accurately following directions and trying multiple times. Each time it says my document is not useable. Then to add insult to injury after repeated attempts the app refuses to try again and instead says I must use paper documentation. This is a complete waste of time

I was not optimistic, given the terrible reviews. But this actually worked for me! Read the instructions carefully and take your time. I didn’t have to go to City Hall! Woohoo!

My mother is 95 yrs old and I had to do it with her. It accepted her ID then later rejected it. When we attempted the visual, we spent over 30 minutes trying to get it accepted. When it finally got accepted we had to redo the ID. Then they asked for the visual again and no matter we tried we were never able to have it accepted. Does not work!!
