There are a series of small things, but the biggest/most important is CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THE ADS? For starters…if we have to watch like 50+ ads a day…they shouldn’t all be 30 seconds long, 5-15 seconds is fine…IF PEOPLE LIKE OR WANT AN AD THEY SEE…they will click it or download. No one cares to wait when the ads lag out half the darn time and you guys still don’t give rewards even if that does happen….so just even more wasted time. I’m sure that doesn’t bother your company at all, Im sure you are glad the ads don’t work if you make extra $ from people watching…lol, but we want to be able to actually watch the ads and click the X button when it’s done…and since these latest updates I haven’t been able to finish a single days worth of ads because they keep freezing, I haven’t to keep resetting, etc, etc…if you need help or ideas and want to pay me for information/feedback/advice…I’m one of the few people on this planet who has reserved his energy to right the things others can’t see! I do love the app and the ease of it and buying the miners as NFT’s is beautiful which offers longevity…but putting a hold up on progress due to ad deficiencies is very disappointing…

Do yourself a favor and save your money because you will never make it back on this app So when I started this over the course of a 6 months I put 2700$ into mining power and for a while everything was going great I was making 6$ a day cashing out 100$ every 17 days the app made money even if I didn’t log in or look at it then the update came see this is how they get you you dump all this money in thinking long term then they started taking away 1% a day well by the time I figured that out I was losing quite a bit so I spent the time watched the adds and got the loss offset but my it didn’t go back to 6$ a day now most days I make 2.20$ and every 3 days or so I make .50 one day when I emailed them they said it’s because they have so many more users that it has to be spread around between everyone that’s not right I paid for mining power their goal is to make sure no one ever makes more than they put in the adds are a horrible process every few adds say parameters incorrect even tho I watched it the same as the rest that gets them more add money while forcing you to watch 40 adds to get credit for 30 when this app first started it was the best one out there now I wouldn’t give them another dime for fake mining power I have 120th and seem to make less every month eventually you will have to have 1000th to make a dollar a day they got us good in the beginning when it was legit save your money people this app is the worst on the market

Full disclosure: I have enjoyed the app and the promise that purchased mining “boosts” will produce a return on my investment. That said, there are two major roadblocks to achieving this: 1. Beware…withdrawal of BTC/funds, this app only works on lightning network. If that doesn’t work for you, there is no return on your investment/you will lose any money or time spent accruing mining power through “free” methods and 2. The ads (and specifically the number) needing to be watched to avoid the day’s “loss offset” is patently misleading and needs to be addressed. Why? If you watch an assigned ad, you then, and without any option to avoid, are granted an NFT minting step that moves you to the “free” My miner tab. This forced step, once you wish to return to the home page to watch the next assigned ad, forces you to watch another ad. Only then can you start the process again. To clear 1 ad off of the “loss offset” list, you must watch 2 ads. What’s worse? Anytime you look at the mining folder to see what mining items you have working for you, when you leave to return to the home menu, you must watch an ad. This is simply unacceptable for customers who have paid for mining services and, at best, an extreme annoyance for any user…paid or not! Please fix by removing the mandated viewing of ads when merely returning to the main page of the app AND if this can’t be done, be honest about how many ads users will see when trying to do the “loss offset”…if 30 ads are required, the user will actually be presented with at least 60 ads to reach the day’s loss offset goal.

This mining app used to be good , I bought contracts that was suppose to be for ever , and had the option to watch videos for more mining hash power. Now you have to watch 30 videos a day to offset 3% loss. Which means if you don’t watch 30 videos everyday eventually you mining hash power will be 0 non existent and you will receive nothing. Totally disappointing, will not purchase any more contracts through this mining application platform. And even worse after you watch each one of the 30 videos. After ever video they sneak in another ad video , before you can start watching the second video and so on until you watch the total amount of 60 ads , and only 30 of them produce the extra hash power NFT. Totally Disappointed and will not purchase anymore. It’s a disaster and this app will close down after enough people wake up. The app generates revenue for the ads being watched , you lose hash power if you don’t watch them. Either way you lose they win. I’m about to just uninstall after my hash power depletes all the way , I’m just about to break even after withdrawing all my money THANK GOD!!
