My Orders: everything you have at the warehouse is back in one place — items that arrived earlier and new parcels alike. Pick what to ship home right from the screen. Paying for an order: if a payment doesn't go through, the app now tells you and offers to top up your balance — no more "tapped, nothing happened." Refreshed top bar on My Orders, Shoppers, Live Now and session screens: the screen title, notifications and favorites are always within reach, plus a Share button on sessions. Catalog now has quick links to live sessions and the shoppers list. Photos in chats open with zoom.

• Video feed. A new Feed tab: swipe through short product videos straight from the stores, save what you like, and jump to the product in one tap. • Real-time new arrivals. New products now appear on the home screen instantly, no refresh needed. If you've scrolled down, we'll let you know when something new is in. • Product videos load faster and play more reliably. • My Orders now lives in your Profile and on a home screen tile. • For shoppers: product videos can now be up to 30 seconds long.

Catalog and picks New Catalog tab: every item in one place, with category and brand filters. "For you" — items picked around your interests, refreshed daily. Home tiles: "Picked for you", "How it works", "Top finds", "Shoppers" and "Posts" — the essentials one tap away. A "N new" badge tells you when fresh finds land in the feed. Chat Message reactions: seven emoji to reply without typing. Pin important messages and chats. Several pinned messages scroll right in the top bar. Edit your own messages within 30 minutes of sending. Mute any chat and unmute it whenever you like. Chats with unread messages open at the first new one. Tap a chat title to open the shopper, live session or item it's about. New rooms: the shoppers' chat and an activity feed with what's happening on LerBee right now. "Contact support" always sits at the top of the chat list, with a counter for replies.

Video on product cards See items in motion: the grid shows a frame with a play button, and a tap opens the full-screen player. Redesigned product screen Photos now fill the top of the screen edge to edge, with zoom still a tap away. The price and description block was reworked — "show more" no longer collapses the text into a single line. Easier-to-read product cards The brand is now visible, the actions menu moved off the photo and next to the shopper's name, and the comment count is easy to spot at a glance. Chat Links in messages are now tappable: a link to an item, a shopper or a live session opens the right screen in the app instead of the browser. Room headers show the item's photo, and the unread counter no longer gets cut off at "99+". Live session announcements now open with an invitation to join the conversation. More reliable sign-in A weak connection or an offline launch no longer kicks you back to the sign-in screen. Signing in on a new device keeps your other devices signed in, and Google sign-in takes a single tap. Unexpected sign-outs are far less frequent. Small things The Hong Kong dollar now shows as HK$. The "sold" badge opens the same photo as tapping the card. Fixed replies to system messages and feed scrolling in chat.

Fullfilment integration

Chat • The chat room now has a branded background. • The feed scrolls from anywhere on screen, not only from the messages. • Swipe to reply works on any message: photos, videos, product cards, quotes and system events. • Camera straight from the chat — both photo and video. • The chat list shows the whole last message instead of just its first line. • The "typing…" indicator no longer overlaps the last message. • Full-screen photos close with a downward drag. • Automatic messages say what actually happened instead of a generic "Platform update"; notifications addressed to other people no longer appear in your feed. • Larger type in the chat list and inside rooms; the unread badge in the bottom bar is set off from the icon with a white outline. Sessions and shoppers • The bottom menu no longer disappears on the session screen and the shopper page. • Scrolling the product grid no longer throws you back to the previous screen. • Opening a session shows a loading state instead of a false "No products". Storefront • Larger type in product grids and search results.

Fixed a critical issue where the app could not launch on devices running iOS 15 and iOS 16.
