Snap a meal photo, get AI calorie, protein, carb, fat and macro estimates, then save a clean nutrition diary for weight goals, diet habits and daily tracking.
Kalory helps you log meals faster with AI-powered photo analysis. Take a picture of your plate and get a clear calorie and macro estimate you can save to your daily food diary.
Built for everyday tracking:
- Photo-based meal scanning
- Calorie, protein, carb and fat estimates
- Daily nutrition goals
- Macro progress at a glance
- Simple meal history
- Home Screen widgets for quick check-ins
Kalory is designed for people who want a lighter way to stay aware of what they eat. Use it for meal logging, macro tracking and nutrition consistency without turning every meal into spreadsheet work.
Nutrition results are AI estimates and may vary by portion size, recipe and ingredients.
Use Kalory as an AI calorie counter when you want fast meal logging without turning dinner into data entry. It is built around the searches people actually use: calorie tracker, food scanner, meal photo log, macro tracker, nutrition diary, diet journal, protein tracker and weight goal support.
A typical day is simple. Scan breakfast, add lunch from a photo, check protein and carbs after dinner, and review your daily calorie estimate before you close the day. You can keep a lightweight food diary for home meals, takeout, snacks, meal prep bowls, restaurant plates and quick bites.
Kalory is useful for weight loss, maintenance, muscle gain, macro awareness and anyone who wants a clearer picture of nutrition habits. The app focuses on speed, readable estimates and daily consistency instead of forcing you to search a long food database for every ingredient.
The goal is practical tracking: photo to calorie estimate, macros to daily progress, meal history to habit awareness. You stay in control of the final entry and can treat the nutrition numbers as estimates, not medical or laboratory results.
Strong food tracking starts with a record you can keep every day. Kalory is designed for quick entries after a meal, not perfect lab analysis. Add photos when you eat, review your daily calorie direction, compare macros with your goals, and use the history to notice patterns across the week.
Good use cases include calorie awareness, diet journaling, protein goals, carb checks, meal planning, restaurant meals, snacks, weight routines and fitness habits. If you want an AI food scanner that feels fast enough to use repeatedly, Kalory keeps the workflow focused.
