Build a healthier workday with regular breaks, short desk exercises and habits that help you move more
Knowing that you should take breaks is easy. Remembering to take them every day is harder.
StandUp helps you gradually build a healthier working routine with regular reminders, short desk exercises, habit progress, and practical knowledge.
No dramatic lifestyle changes. Just small actions repeated throughout the day.
START WITH REGULAR BREAKS
Create a schedule around your actual working day.
Use Pomodoro intervals or choose your own work and break times. Set different working days, add regular pauses, and temporarily stop notifications whenever your plans change.
ADD MOVEMENT TO YOUR DAY
StandUp guides you through short exercises for different parts of the body affected by desk work.
Exercises are designed to fit into ordinary breaks and usually require little or no equipment.
You can also browse the full exercise library and start any exercise whenever you feel like moving.
BUILD THE HABIT GRADUALLY
Follow your habit progress and see how consistency develops over time.
Earn achievements, review your daily, weekly, and monthly activity, and keep moving forward even when some days do not go according to plan.
UNDERSTAND WHY IT MATTERS
Explore practical articles about prolonged sitting, movement, posture, recovery, and healthier ways to organise your workday.
StandUp helps you not only remember to move, but understand the habits you are building.
CONTROL YOUR EXERCISES
Like or dislike exercises and hide the ones you do not want to receive again.
