Can’t pick up the box.

Dear developers, Look like I love this game, but I’m having a problem. I just downloaded this game. I tried picking up the box outside the store, but I can’t. I can’t put the aim dot on top. I tried increasing and decreasing the sensitivity, but nothing happened. I think I would love playing this game if I could pick up the box . I can’t lower the aim dot down. Please fix. I don’t want to delete this game. Please helpAnother thing, When a customer places his items on the register, sometimes, there is an item out of reach and the purchase is not complete and I can’t see it. So I exit the game and re-enter. When it happens again, I do the same thing by exiting and reentering
