• US bookings: You can now enter and select State when adding a US renter billing address, so bookings complete successfully. • Pick-up: Internal booking notes appear on the pick-up overview before you start handover — no need to leave the flow to check for staff notes.

Elena credit checks are now available in the Backoffice app for the Netherlands. Run and retry credit checks from a booking, view Accepted or Rejected results, and review individual check details. Complete high-risk checks with the required form, and add or update Elena credentials in your location settings. Customer verification opens faster, and the verification email option is hidden once a check is accepted. This release also includes booking status fixes and general stability improvements.

Cancelled bookings now show clearly on your calendar and agenda with red Cancelled styling and strikethrough text, so they are easy to spot alongside active rentals. When closing a booking with zero excess damage in Denmark, you will be asked mandatory damage questions to support insurance reporting. You can attach proof documents (images and PDFs) when adding other amounts, in line with Backoffice web. We also fixed a crash that could occur when creating garage downtime after selecting a vehicle.

Other amounts are easier to manage and clearer for customers. When adding an other amount, choose a reason from a list (fuel cost, damage, speeding ticket, administration costs, parking fine, road tax, junkyard visit, or other), then add a description. For damage, you can record insurance and repair details. Fuel costs can be calculated from litres and price per litre. Paid and partially paid amounts are shown clearly. Booking prices now match Backoffice web, including service costs and unlimited miles. Additional amounts include sales tax where applicable. Only one discount can be applied per booking. Miles and fuel changes update immediately when you return to the booking page. We also fixed the deposit amount field during pick-up, vehicle setup when both normal and loaner booking types are selected, and simplified the renter form.

We’ve improved push notification reliability for the Backoffice app, so important messages and booking updates can reach you more consistently. This update also includes behind-the-scenes improvements for notification delivery on iOS and Android.

Improved booking and pickup reliability. Driver licence details now behave more consistently when bookings are created or edited without licence information. Coverage package options now load more reliably during pickup and correctly respect unavailable insurance options.

We improved payment flows for subscription and long-term bookings: pay-at-location payments now show a clear success message, and outstanding instalments are easier to understand. We also added dedicated Replacement/Loaner pricing screens and disabled document OCR for US renters while accuracy is being improved.

This B2B update improves price accuracy and booking management. Late-return fees now display the calculated amount before selection, the “Automatically charge on due date” setting now stays saved when changing a booking, and Axle insurance guidance now shows clearer Caution states, provider notes, a Go to guide link, and report download support.

This update improves the Backoffice booking flow: you can now set the customer’s notification language during booking, unavailable excess and insurance packages are clearly disabled, and subscription booking date fields now open the correct selection.

This release improves booking payments, statistics, vehicle setup, and the pick-up flow. Bookings now show clearer Missing/Paid payment tags, replacement bookings refresh after external QR or payment-link payments, and skipping payment during pick-up now asks for confirmation first. Statistics now show total bookings and total revenue in the right places. We also fixed subscription price details during car creation, restricted the Year field to numbers, and added the missing accessories upsell message.

We’ve improved the Backoffice app experience on Android with smoother Booking, Location and Vehicle screens. This release also fixes Dashboard Overview filters, improves Dashboard Tips search, and updates Android dependencies to meet Google Play’s 16 KB page size requirement.

We have fixed several issues and tightened flows across the app. Dashboard: when you switch location as an admin user, the refresh indicator no longer stays on screen after the switch. Saved drafts: when you open a draft and return to the Outside measurements step, the load capacity field is filled correctly again. Pick-up: on review deposit, the edit action is hidden when the deposit is already authorised, matching what you can do in the process. Booking and calendar • Same-day hire is only allowed where pickup time (morning or afternoon) can be selected, so you avoid invalid one-day flows elsewhere. • Long-term bookings enforce the minimum hire length when you choose dates, with clearer messaging. • Changing booking dates no longer shows a false “vehicle unavailable” message when the vehicle is actually available. • Calendar day prices display correctly for larger amounts. • One-day bookings display and behave correctly on the calendar. • Inactive vehicles appear in calendar and agenda only when your filters request them, in the same order as Backoffice Web. You cannot start a new booking from an inactive vehicle. Vehicle and map • Battery electric vehicles show clearer consumption and range information, with improved electric iconography on key screens. • Book and Go vehicle type cards show correct icons and layout for long names (for example food truck and refrigerated lorry). • The vehicle map shows a location marker when coordinates are valid, and stays hidden when coordinates are missing or placeholder. Insurance and mileage • Booking details no longer show a misleading extra-miles row with a placeholder value for premium insurance with unlimited miles. • Insurance verification shows failure and decline reasons in the app, in line with the web experience. Statistics • The custom date range sheet follows the intended layout: the date summary and Choose action no longer overlap the calendar, and calendar alignment is improved. • Tapping the help icon on statistics opens the explanation without freezing the app. Account • Reset password and related steps no longer clip primary buttons on Android. • Request account deletion is laid out correctly on Android. Operations • Booking attachments show View and Delete without overlapping, with more reliable upload behaviour. • Vehicle return includes Cancel on the final step. • Garage (downtime) bookings continue and submit after you choose vehicle and reason. Fleet • Attempting to deactivate a vehicle with active or future bookings now shows a clear error instead of appearing to succeed. Payments • Campaign and location discount codes can be applied during booking again. Some tax display details in certain markets may still depend on when renter information is submitted on the server.

We fixed two reliability issues in bookings and verifications. • Booking summary no longer stays on a loading spinner forever when you open Summary from step 1 of the booking flow. The summary loads and shows content as expected. • When both insurance and driving licence verification were pending, approving the licence could hide insurance status. Insurance verification now stays visible in the overview so you can follow both checks.

• Document scanning: fixed problems uploading scanned documents when adding or editing renters and extra drivers. • Subscription bookings: you can select the Basic insurance package and continue the flow (Denmark). • Pick-up: fixed saving customer notes during pick-up. • Bookings: the “resend booking confirmation” action is no longer shown for closed bookings. • United States: driver licence expiry is now shown during pick-up, when editing renter details, and on loaner booking driver details, consistent with other booking flows. • Android: turning on “consecutive days discount” now updates offer prices correctly on the car list.
