I’ve been playing for a while and I truly do love this game. However, whatever coins you earn disappear. Usually before I even have a chance to use them, so I never ever watch videos for more coins. I have reported this… Please fix it!!UPDATE I have never seen such good customer support. I’ve reported glitches to the developer and they always always respond. And pretty much right away. The coin problem apparently has been fixed as the coins I earned are staying put. So right on to a very, very fun game.
Love this Game But, Too fast, Not enough Time Given

It would be really nice if there was ‘a choice’ that you could give yourself ‘more time’ to make the game more enjoyable, especially for us Senior Citizens. I’m trying to relax and this is making me go so fast it is making my anxieties go way up. I try to play a relaxing game to make myself go to sleep at night. This one is a lot of fun and good for my brain, but more time would be great please. This would be very much appreciated if you all would take this into consideration. It shows that it is for a store that has filed Bankruptcy within the last few months, called Joann. You are having this ad come up on this game a ‘lot’ and it shows that Joann is selling the rest of their products ‘online’. This is totally untrue and is a SCAM!!!! They have sold all of their left over product to ‘Michaels’ another craft store. Joann is NOT selling anything online at all.Please remove this add immediately! If this add is on any other games, I suggest that you remove it on all of them also.I am very disappointed in you people. If I could give you zero stars for this situation, I would.It would really be nice to get a response to my 1st review above and also especially for this 2nd one.Thank you!
Not a Bad Game but I’m Still Deleting It

This is a really cool game and I have enjoyed playing it. Additionally, I didn’t purchase anything in the app to enjoy it. However, I am now going to delete the game because after about six months, there are some features that are problematic for me. I am now on Level 2393 and have earned 52,689 of Wisdom. However, what does that number mean? How does it contribute to the game? Do I gain some sort of incentive by accumulating a large number of Wisdom? Apparently, I do not and while this number grows each time I win a game, it means nothing. There are two gauges that track the number of special shimmering items you accumulate. Each time I have filled the gauge and earned bonuses to eliminate items from a level or add extra time to my clock, it NEVER appears in subsequent levels. I earned a bonus but I never am awarded the bonus, not in six months of playing the game. So earning this bonus means nothing. If you win consecutive levels, you are considered to be on a “STREAK.” After completing a STREAK, you earn time to eliminate items from a level or extra time on your count down clock during the level. Once the clock starts it’s a straight timer that never pauses for advertisements or pausing the game. If you end a game and will now be awarded time for earning a STREAK, the bonus clock will start immediately. If you have to watch a forced ad before you can proceed to the main menu to see how much bonus time you have earned, the time on your STREAK Clock has already been on a count down since the end of your last game. Since some ads last 90 seconds, this time and every second thereafter, has been deducted from your bonus time until it is all gone. I enjoy this game and work hard for my awards and bonuses, but, I want to be awarded fairly. So after about six months of this, I’m done. Maybe the developers will make some changes in future updates to address these issues.
Fun game but…

Yes, this game is fun and I even can tolerate seeing Ads after a game, BUT now an Ad pops up during a game and ruins it. You can’t “X” out of it so you have to close out and reopen the game. Don’t know if that is something new or a bug that needs fixing. If it’s a bug, fix it. If not, I probably won’t play the game anymore. Some reviews mention no timer. I’m not sure about them, but I’ve had a timer since my first game. I’m not bothered by timers except when the game is interrupted by an Ad. Perhaps in the future I can give this app a higher star review if they can fix the Ad interruption of a game.
