Griefity is a grief support app, designed for anyone who is experiencing the shock, pain, anxiety and exhaustion that comes with grief. Our team are based in New Zealand, and have worked with thousands of people all over the world who are grieving. Through their advice and recommendations, we have put this app together. We hope it can help in some small way. We acknowledge all kinds of grief – whether it is grief due to bereavement, caring for someone ageing or unwell, loss through dementia, health or physical disability, childlessness or loss during a pregnancy, grief due to divorce or relationship ending, or loss of a pet. Our tools help you to cope with the ongoing stress, fatigue, and anxiety that grief can cause. You don’t have to go it alone, join us during your grief journey. WHAT'S IN THE APP? Griefity can help you with: Personalised grief support pathways: Navigate grief with our personalised support tailored to your grief journey. Daily checklist: Ideas for little steps to take each day to help you on your way. Community: Read comments and posts from our supportive community, which is moderated by our team. Ask a question: Post a question to our community, and our team will reply within 24 hours. Check ins: Note down how you're doing each day to keep a track of your progress. Customise your content: See content, courses, information and resources that are most relevant to you. Grief support resources: Work through our guided activities and events to help you process feelings and create space. Support and groups: Find grief support resources and join groups to help you on your way. NO SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED Unlike other support apps, 95% of our content is available for free. You don't need to join a limited trial or provide credit card details to use the majority of the app. GRIEFITY PLUS We also offer Griefity Plus, an optional in-app subscription that adds access to additional expert-led content and support groups.
