'The Knee App' exercise programs are specifically designed to prevent knee pain at its source. By applying proven principles of movement science, you'll address the muscle imbalances and movement restrictions that often contribute to knee pain, in specific areas of the knee.
Each exercise is carefully crafted and demonstrated through detailed 3D animations, guided voice instructions, and clear visual aids to help you master the correct form and posture right from the start—so you can get the best results in less time.

Our knee exercise programs follow a phased approach designed to help you build a strong foundation for lasting knee health:
Phase 1: We’ll begin with simple yet effective exercises that are designed to help you feel better. We'll guide you through exercises using a foam roller and gentle stretches to release the typical tightness around your knee, and your lower body, depending on the program. These exercises are chosen specifically to address common movement pattern imbalances that can contribute to knee pain.
Phase 2: We introduce you to strength exercises that build on your progress made in Phase 1, helping you strengthen your body while reinforcing healthy movement patterns. These exercises are carefully selected to address any imbalances that might be contributing to altered biomechanics, so you can stay active and prevent injury.
Phase 3 (coming soon): In this phase, we guide you through more advanced strength exercises that build on everything you’ve achieved in Phases 1 and 2. We’ll start using equipment to challenge your body even more, helping you improve your everyday movements or get ready for more intense training, like racing or higher-level activities. Don’t worry if you don’t have access to equipment at this time—we’ll always have alternative exercises, so you can still progress and gradually gather what you need.
