Turk's Compass: Job & Business
Discover Jobs & Hire Talent
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Turk's Compass is the compass for Turks living abroad. Find the Turkish businesses, jobs, events and consulate information of the country you live in, in one app; ask your questions on the forum and start with the newcomer's guide.
In Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Austria and Australia.
TURKISH BUSINESSES NEAREST YOU
Restaurants, cafés, markets, doctors, hairdressers, tradespeople… The directory starts with the ones nearest you and shows how far each one is. See them on a map, get directions in a tap, book a table from the app.
JOBS
Browse and save the job listings of your country. With the Job Seeker plan, apply from the app: your Pusula résumé is built from your profile, and AI writes a cover letter for each job. With Job Seeker Pro we apply for you to 5 matching jobs a day, and your applications show first in the employer's list.
FORUM AND TANIŞ
Ask the Turks of your country about immigration, work, housing, school, health and money; share what you know and vote for the answer that helped, anonymously if you like. With Tanış, meet Turks near you: say hello and chat in the app.
MARKETPLACE
Second-hand, rental and free listings among the Turks of your country. Message the buyer in the app without giving your number; listings are reviewed before they go live.
TOOLS AND GUIDES
A salary calculator (gross to net, with the rules of all 8 countries), citizenship test practice, receipt reading and expense tracking, and the stamp cards of Turkish businesses. A newcomer's guide for your country: the first week, health, banking, housing, driving, school, tax, the immigration routes and citizenship, each section with the official page to check. An IELTS study guide too.
EVENT CALENDAR
See community meetups, concerts, workshops, cultural and business events in your city on a calendar, see who is going, and hear about the ones you care about.
DEALS AND HAPPY HOURS
Get Turkish businesses' deals and your city's happy hour guide as notifications, and never miss an offer.
CONSULATE AND OFFICIAL MATTERS
Addresses, phone numbers and opening hours of the embassy and consulates in your country; petition services; contact details of members of parliament in Canada.
NOTIFICATIONS FOR YOU
Choose the cities you follow and what you want to hear about: jobs, events, deals and news from your country.
INVITE A FRIEND
Share your invite code; when your friend joins, you both get a month of Job Seeker.
FOR BUSINESS OWNERS
Add your business to the directory or claim its listing. Basic Business is free: post jobs, take reservations with tables and a waiting list, photograph your menu and serve it as a QR menu, reward your customers with a stamp card, and have your deals shared on Turk's Compass's Instagram. With Premium Business, sit at the top of your category with a "Featured" tag, get a verified blue tick, post 4 Stories a day on the home page, manage applicants in the app and ask candidates your own questions.
PLANS
The basic plan is free: the business directory, notifications, the event calendar, consulate information, browsing jobs, the forum, Tanış, the marketplace, the tools and the guides. The Job Seeker plan adds applying, the Pusula résumé, the AI assistant and no ads; Job Seeker Pro adds automatic applications and the featured candidate badge.
